Stacey Coombes, MNCS Accredited, BA (Hons), PG Cert

Hi and welcome to my website. My name is Stacey and I am an accredited psychotherapist in the UK. My therapy style is integrative, which means I offer a tailored therapeutic style adapted to each client's individual needs.

I am very passionate about mental health, counselling and psychotherapy and I really love what I do.

There are a million reasons to why you have come across my page; you may have started to look for a counsellor because you are struggling with your feelings and want to explore ways to cope.  You may need a safe space to process events which happened in the past or that are happening right now, or you may need to reflect upon your relationships. Whatever the reason, I am here to help, put your mind at ease and walk alongside you no matter the journey.

Opening up to a stranger about these stresses can be daunting but I promise to offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space with your thoughts and feelings at the centre, where you can talk openly about anything. I have extensive experience working with anger, shame, impulsive behaviour, relationships, self-esteem, anxiety and domestic abuse. However, my support is not limited to these topics.

I offer a free 20 minute consultation for you to ask questions, share a little about what brought you to my page and what you are hoping to gain. Currently, my private practices is online, either via telephone sessions or face to face on teams.

Additional areas of focus: Family conflicts, Trauma and abuse, Grief, Intimacy-related issues, Parenting issues, Bipolar disorder, Coping with life changes, Attachment Issues, Control Issues, Domestic Violence, Family Problems, Forgiveness, Guilt and Shame, Impulsivity, Isolation / Loneliness, Jealousy, Military and Veterans Issues, Self-Love
