A warm welcome to my counselling practice.
People come to counselling for a broad range of reasons. I can offer you
a confidential, compassionate and safe space in which to explore the
challenges that you might be facing.
Counselling can help you if you are struggling with anxiety and
depression or low self esteem for example. You may also have experience
of current or historical traumatic events or abuse. Or you may have
suffered a loss or bereavement.
Counselling gives you the opportunity to gain deeper self awareness and
insight. It can also help you with personal growth and development and
guide you through transitional periods in your life. Whatever it is that
is troubling you I welcome you to share it with me.
I will gently support you to find a way to explore self limiting
thoughts and troubling behaviours. And with understanding help you to
cope with uncomfortable or overwhelming emotions. Counselling can help
you to build inner resources -practical tools for wellbeing - and
develop healthy ways of coping. In my calm and caring environment I hope
you will work towards improving your self confidence and self esteem,
feel healthy and able to live a fulfilling life.
