𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞...

Since the move, my little one has struggled to adjust with certain changes in his life, & these big emotions have been very difficult to navigate.

Life always shifts one way or another, therefore it is totally normal for change to feel uncomfortable. Big or sudden changes can make us feel like we have lost control, which can be overwhelming, exhausting & frightening. Even the positive changes - such as my little boys move - can cause a lot of stress.

There are several ways which can help us adapt to change;
• 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞
• 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧
• 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐬
