These are all words which reflect the opinion we have of ourselves. Having ‘π½β―πΆπππ½π’ self-esteem can influence our motivation, mental well-being & day to day life.
Self-esteem can impact our relationships, decision making and emotional health. Low self-esteem can manifest in many ways;
- believing others are better then you
- focusing on our weaknesses
- intense fear of failure
- putting others needs before our own
- frequent experience of fear and worry
This is to just name a few. But, we can take steps to build our self-esteem…
